His role as Coach Cedric Robinson on The Steve Harvey Show got Cedric the Entertainer four consecutive “Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series” NAACP Image Awards.
Cedric the Entertainer also has developed his own philanthropy called The Cedric the Entertainer Charitable Foundation. The goal of the foundation is to give scholarships and provide outreach programs for children and families in the inner-city in St. Louis. The program is set on expanding nationally.
